Hi! I’m Alicja Nowak – I lead the way… and I deliver results 🙂
You can think of me as someone who translates your business idea into the language of technology and makes it work..
I come up with ideas, design, and plan things that work strategically – from websites and sales strategies to automation systems. I love when something that didn’t work suddenly starts working. My top 3 Gallup strengths are: Restorative, Strategic, and Focus.
I don’t just support women-led online businesses – I build and scale them myself. Alongside Babskie Pogotowie IT, I also run the psychoeducational platform Higiena Myślenia, where I implement the same strategies I offer my clients. I’m a multi-passionate entrepreneur who’s gone through many stages of the business journey. I tested ideas, learned through my own projects, and have always stayed one step ahead of the trends.
I have hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and building online brands. With a background as a front-end developer in IT and years of business practice, I know what really works online – and I can implement it for you.
