The client approached me with the idea of creating an additional offer for her customers – a paid, members-only content club. As part of the club, clients were to gain access to a premium version of the app, additional downloadable premium materials on the club platform, and two consultations available exclusively to club members.

During our first conversation, we moved from a general concept to a clear scope of work (I always define the scope after the initial free call). I then proposed technical solutions to achieve the client’s goal – time-limited access to selected materials available only to those who purchased a specific product in the client’s store (access to the club).
Functionalities implemented in this project:
– Free access to materials exclusively for people who purchased access to the club
– One-year time-limited access
– Landing page encouraging users to join the club
– Dashboard for club members
– Option to submit questions for expert support within the club
– Time-limited enrollment windows with countdowns to the next round
– Option to join a waitlist and receive automatic notifications when enrollment opens again
After launching the closed content club we continued working together in the area of ongoing technical support for the website.
